The output voltage ranges from 0 to 50kV, the output current is 0-1mA, and it provides a DC-to-ground filament with a filament current of 0-3.5 A. The control and monitoring of the power supply by the internal potentiometer or external modulus signal can be realized through the DB15 interface, and the control and monitoring of the power supply can also be realized remotely through RS232, USB, and Ethernet.
